The Face Behind The Camera

My name is Sarah. I'm a 30 year old Mama Bear, Army Wife, Music Snob, Ferris State alumnus, Writer & Photographer. Originally from the small town of Comins, Michigan, I settled my own family's roots here in Lewiston, Michigan in 2019.

I'm happily married to my soldier, Staff Sergeant Robert Peters. Together, we have a new set of twins, Oliver & Ivy, a Tasmanian toddler Eira, 6-year-old Kora and two crazy husky pups, Koda and Juniper.

I'm in love with art - more specifically photography, music and writing. While I first began dabbling in photography over a decade ago, I started to take it a little more seriously in 2015 when I purchased my first DSLR camera. It takes a while of people telling you that you have true talent before you start to take yourself seriously as more than a hobbyist, especially in such a saturated market, but eventually I decided to take the plunge. Here we are.
